Customers often come to us with property problems that need more than a single fix: water intrusion and damage, mould, aging or damaged finishes, deferred repairs, renovation needs, exterior deterioration, drainage and landscaping issues, rental turnovers, and seasonal maintenance. Many also want one trusted company instead of juggling several contractors.
So we organized SSPG around four divisions covering the whole property, and we made transparency a core part of the experience: explain the problem, the proposed solution, the options, and the reasoning — and be upfront when a specialized trade is needed.

Where we work
South Mississauga, Etobicoke and West Toronto — generally south of Bloor to Lake Ontario. Projects outside the core area may be considered depending on client, scope and scheduling. The service area can expand as crews and capacity grow.
